This document sets out the terms governing the use of the ayu89 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and User Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ayu89 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and ayu89 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The ayu89 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ayu89 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the ayu89 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank account details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account closure and the forfeiture of any unprocessed balance or winnings.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ayu89 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Users of the ayu89 platform are prohibited from doing the following while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming or payment systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing a third party to use your account on your behalf.
- Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits or place bets on this platform.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform, including cyberattacks or attempts to breach data security.
- Using the platform for purposes that violate applicable Malaysian law.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ayu89 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and bank transfers through major Malaysian banking institutions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may vary depending on the selected payment method. Any applicable limits will be displayed during the deposit process. ayu89 reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice to users.
For fund withdrawals, the account holder name on your bank account must match the name registered in your ayu89 profile. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this identity verification requirement may be delayed until verification is complete. ayu89 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party verification requirements or banking institutions.
Any refunds, cancellations, or transaction disputes must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, transactions are considered final and cannot be disputed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ayu89 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. In the event of technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control, ayu89 is not liable for any financial losses or missed opportunities incurred by users. ayu89's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ayu89 platform, including logos, interface design, text, images, and software, is the property of ayu89 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit this content without written permission from ayu89.
Third-Party Links & Services
The ayu89 platform may use third-party services for payment processing and other technical functions. ayu89 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or security practices of these third parties. Users are advised to review the terms of the relevant third-party service providers separately.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ayu89 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or a request from a relevant authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing.
Users may also close their own account by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements are met and there are no outstanding disputes.
Changes to Terms
Ayu89 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ayu89 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
